Five days ago, I purchased the WMF Kitchenminis Smoothie To Go. I have only used it twice, making one orange smoothie and one carrot smoothie. Despite this minimal usage, the button and spring have popped out.
How normal is it for a brand that is sold at twice the price of its competitors to have a button malfunction after just two days? I expected reliability from a German brand, and I have experienced the opposite.
