Detectico Charged Me ₺997 Without Consent Right After a ₺26 Purchase

I made a purchase for ₺26 on the Detectico website, thinking it was a one-time charge. Just one minute later, I was shocked to see an additional ₺997 taken from my bank account without any warning, confirmation, or explanation. I never authorized this charge. There was no clear notice, no subscription agreement, nothing that justified nearly ₺1,000 being withdrawn from my card.

This feels like a scam. I reached out immediately, but still haven’t received any meaningful response. If Detectico doesn’t fix this right away, I will escalate the issue through formal complaints and consumer protection channels.

This is theft, plain and simple. I demand an immediate refund of the unauthorized ₺997 and a full explanation of how this happened. Handle this now, or deal with the consequences.
