Wix.com Charged My Card Without a Site or Subscription
Wix.com has been withdrawing money from my credit card even though I haven’t used any of their services or created a website. I haven’t requested any subscription or plan, and I’m shocked that charges are being made without my consent.
When I logged into my Wix account to investigate, I found nothing—no active site, no connected payment method, no subscription history. I even checked both of my email addresses to see if I had somehow created a site or signed up accidentally. Still nothing. No trace of any service that could justify these payments.
How can a company legally charge a customer without offering any product or service in return? This feels like unauthorized billing. I’ve tried contacting Wix support but received no meaningful help. I want this issue resolved immediately.
Wix, I demand a full refund of the charges made to my card and an explanation of how and why this happened in the first place. Also, I need confirmation that no further deductions will be made. You need to take responsibility and act fast before this turns into a legal complaint.

wix.com manages to regularly withdraw money from my account. They never get back to me. There is no account visible to cancel. No payment method is visible. But they keep withdrawing money every month. I can't understand how to stop this. The reason for the payment made in previous years is clear, but the account is currently deactivated.
