I Face Unauthorized Renewal Charge From Wix After Canceling My Subscription Last Year

On October 16, 2025, a charge of 3,312 was withdrawn from my credit card by Wix.com without my authorization. The same issue occurred last year, and after that incident, I logged into my Wix account and canceled my subscription. Despite that, Wix has charged me again this year without my consent.

I attempted to contact Wix customer service, but it’s impossible to reach a real representative—only automated AI responses are available, and none of them resolved my problem. My subscription email address is er*@gmail.com**.

There is no active contract or commitment, so it is unacceptable that Wix withdrew payment for a canceled plan. I request a full refund of the unauthorized 3,312 charge and that Wix permanently terminate any hidden or recurring billing linked to my account.
