I Face Unauthorized Charge From Wix Without Any Active Service or Consent

On October 15, 2025, at 7:15 PM, an amount of 628.80 was withdrawn from my Garanti Bank debit card by Wix.com without my knowledge or consent. I have no idea which service or plan this charge is related to, as I have not purchased or activated any Wix product recently.
My account is linked to the email address p*@gmail.com**. I tried contacting Wix customer support, but I was unable to reach anyone, and there has been no explanation or assistance provided so far.
This is the first time I’ve experienced such an issue, and I am requesting an immediate refund of the unauthorized charge. I also ask Wix to investigate how this payment was made without my approval and ensure that no future withdrawals occur from my account.
