I was using Wix’s website hosting service, but on September 16, 2025, an amount of 1,408.20 was withdrawn from my credit card without authorization, followed by another unauthorized charge of 1,656.00 on September 27, 2025. I received no notification, invoice, or approval request for either of these payments.
I tried to contact Wix customer service, but it was impossible to reach an actual support representative—only automated responses were available, which did not address the issue. My account is registered under [email protected].
This is the first time I’ve encountered such a situation, and I request an immediate refund of both unauthorized charges and a clear explanation of why these payments were taken without my consent. I also ask that Wix ensure no further withdrawals occur from my card in the future.
