I Face Unauthorized Monthly Charges From Wix Despite Having No Active Subscription

For about a year now, Wix.com has been charging my credit card 1,080 each month, even though I have no active subscription or service with them. My Wix account shows no active plans or billing history, making it impossible for me to identify where these recurring payments are coming from.

The payments are being withdrawn from my credit card ending in 2372, and I have not received any notification or invoice from Wix regarding these transactions — only bank alerts confirming the charges. My Wix account email is *@gmail.com.

I also found that Wix provides no direct phone support, which makes resolving this issue even more difficult.

I request an immediate investigation into these unauthorized charges and a full refund of all payments that were wrongfully withdrawn from my card. I also ask that any hidden or duplicate billing linked to my account be canceled permanently to prevent future charges.
