On October 1, 2025, an unauthorized charge of approximately $23 was withdrawn from my Garanti Bonus credit card. This transaction was made through my Wix.com account linked to the email yucelg*@gmail.com**, with the reference number 527407246050.
I did not authorize this payment, nor do I have any active subscription, contract, or trial period with Wix that could justify the charge. The fact that this amount was taken without my permission or prior notice has caused me inconvenience and frustration.
I have never experienced such an issue before, and I have not yet contacted Wix customer support regarding this matter. I request that my account be canceled immediately and the unauthorized amount refunded to my card as soon as possible.
I expect urgent clarification and resolution from Wix on this issue.
