I Face Domain and Refund Issues After Forced Add-Ons During Wix Premium Purchase

8

I purchased a Premium subscription through Wix, and during the checkout process, the platform forced me to purchase an email plan. When I attempted to proceed with the email setup, the page failed to load. After contacting the help center, they instructed me to manually upload the email separately, which I did. However, afterward, Wix forced me to buy a domain as well.

I decided to cancel my Premium plan, which cost approximately $27, and the subscription fee was refunded. However, the domains I was charged for do not appear anywhere in my account, and no refund has been issued for them.

If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will follow up again and take further action to ensure that the remaining amount is refunded and my account is corrected.
