Wix Canceled My Subscription but Refuses to Issue a Refund
I decided to try out Wix and made a purchase on the platform. However, within the same day, I realized that the templates were problematic and the overall user experience was confusing. Due to these issues, I immediately canceled my subscription, including the domain.
Despite canceling everything on time, Wix has not issued a refund. I attempted to contact their support, but there is no way to reach anyone. This is unacceptable. If a service is canceled within the same day due to usability issues, the refund should be processed without any complications.
I demand a full refund immediately and expect Wix to resolve this issue promptly.
