I Face Missing Free Domain Benefit After Purchasing Wix Classic Premium Plan

On October 19, 2025, I purchased the Classic Premium plan from Wix.com. The plan description clearly stated that it includes a free domain; however, when I attempt to register a domain, the system still asks for an additional payment, and my free domain benefit has not been applied.

This issue is preventing me from launching my website and completing my business setup, causing unnecessary delays and frustration.

I tried to get help through Wix’s AI assistant, but it only provided generic, automated responses without offering any real solution. I also submitted a support ticket, but no resolution has been provided so far.

My account email is k*@gmail.com**, and I request that my free domain entitlement be activated immediately in accordance with the Classic Premium plan terms. I also expect clear communication and compensation for the inconvenience caused by this error.
