Wix Closed My Account for No Reason
I created a site by purchasing the Premium package from Wix. The site I created was an e-commerce store and the site was activated. I spent a considerable amount of time setting it up, customizing the store, and uploading products. Everything seemed fine until I received an email from Wix 3 days later stating that my account had been closed. I cannot understand why. I didn’t receive any clear explanation or warning about a violation. I even made a trial purchase using my own credit card to test the system, and now that money is gone. The money I paid for the Premium package is gone as well. I cannot access my account, and all my effort feels wasted. Wix should fix this situation urgently.
