Why are my e-mails coming back to me?? It’s hard to contact you this way. can't seem to locate a way to contact someone for help by phone, absolutely bewildered about how to get in touch with them because of this… they paid no attention to the wrong item I returned and only gave me part of what I paid for when I returned it. It astounds me that a business can deliver service of this calibre. What your purpose? Teach us that you don't care about US? Do not squander your time or money on these dweebs; I warn you. The goal of customer service should be to alleviate problems, not to amplify existing ones. Can’t Wrap my head around the first thing that should be easy, communication. It’s intolerable that Burton was unapproachable and did not adequately address my concerns.
