I bought the Xiaomi Pad 7 tablet about a month and a half ago. After purchasing it, I wanted to buy the pen accessory separately, but it isn’t sold or available in stores. I couldn’t get any information from either store staff or customer service—they simply have no idea and offer no help. On Xiaomi’s official website, there are review comments for the Focus Pen dated October, yet when I spoke to a customer representative near the end of September, I was told it was out of stock. If that’s true, then those reviews can’t be genuine. I’ve been a Xiaomi user for a long time in terms of technology, but now I feel this brand only focuses on selling products and doesn’t care about its customers. I demand that Xiaomi resolve this stock issue and start valuing its customers.
