Eyezy Charged Me Twice for 3-Month Plan and Extra Support That I Didn’t Agree To
I purchased the Eyezy app online, thinking I was getting a 3-month subscription at a 30% discount. However, after the initial payment was taken, they sent me a support link—which I assumed was part of the service I paid for—and then charged me an additional amount without warning or consent.
This app is absolutely not what was advertised. It doesn’t work as shown on the official site or YouTube. The functionality is misleading, and the entire experience feels like a scam built on upselling and surprise charges.
I want a full refund for both the original 3-month plan and the so-called “support” charge that I never requested. Eyezy must stop misleading customers and charging for features they never agreed to. I expect my money returned immediately.
