Oculus Charged Me Twice Without Consent for an Unused App and Refuses Refund

Hello, my account was charged twice by the Oculus app without my consent, despite me not using the app at all. I requested a refund, but Oculus claims they cannot process it, which is unacceptable. According to their policy, apps used for less than 2 hours and purchased within 14 days are eligible for a refund. I meet both conditions—I haven’t used the app for even 2 hours, and it’s been less than 14 days—yet my request was denied.

I demand an immediate refund for both unauthorized charges. This lack of accountability and refusal to honor their own refund policy is highly frustrating. Oculus needs to address this issue and ensure such unauthorized charges don’t happen again.
