I Requested a Refund from Unimeal Within 30 Days but They Refused to Pay Me Back

I subscribed to Unimeal because their website clearly promised a 30-day money-back guarantee if I wasn’t satisfied. That was a big reason I felt comfortable trying the service in the first place. But when I actually requested a refund within the 30-day window, they outright refused.

Despite following their instructions and submitting my request directly through their website, the response I received said I wasn’t eligible—with no valid explanation. This goes completely against what they advertise and feels incredibly misleading.
