Wise Withheld My Funds

I'm in a tough spot! My friend sent me ₺500,000 from Japan to my Turkish account on April 11, 2023. But the system has been stuck on 'being sent' for 15 days, so my friend decided to cancel the transfer. It's been a month and a half, and I still haven't gotten the money. Email replies take forever, and we can't find any other way to talk. They asked my friend for a lot of documents, even though we never had any problems with previous transfers. I'm really confused by this sudden problem. We really need our money back as soon as possible.
