On October 6, 2025, a transfer of 3,159.40 EUR was sent to my VakıfBank Euro account in Turkey through Wise (Transfer Reference No: #1756612641). The sender’s name is A Y****, and the last four digits of my IBAN are 3367.
It has now been nine days, and the funds have still not arrived in my account. When I contacted Wise customer service, they stated that the transfer was completed successfully and the money was sent. However, after checking with VakıfBank, I was informed that no such amount has been received into their system.
This is the first time I’ve experienced such an issue, and I have not received any clear explanation or update from Wise.
I request that Wise urgently investigate this matter and ensure that the 3,159.40 EUR transferred to my account is credited without further delay. I also expect a formal explanation of what went wrong during the transfer process.
