Wise Money Transfer Delays and Account Closure

Hello, it's been 15 days since Wise got €3530 on my behalf, but I still haven't been able to get the money. I'm sorry for any trouble this causes. They closed my account, and now I'm starting to wonder if the business has really gone out of business. We don't know why we can't get to our money. Even though we've called customer service many times, they can't help us. Even though the transfer was checked to make sure it went through, the money is still not there. I ask you humbly for your help, thank you. From the United Kingdom, someone named Ozan from Wise's customer service department called me. He told me not to worry and that the money would be there soon, but it hasn't come yet. Please help out if you can.
