On December 27, I transferred 49,000₺ from my İş Bankası account in Turkey to my Wise account. Despite the funds reaching Wise, they were not credited to my account for over 10 days. After multiple failed attempts to resolve the issue through messages (at least five times), I provided all required documents, such as my payslips and work contract. However, Wise still did not verify my documents or credit the funds. I eventually canceled the transfer and had the money refunded to my İş Bankası account.
Hoping the issue was resolved, I made another transfer of €60 from my French account to Wise on January 7. As of January 18, the money remains "pending." Wise confirmed via email that they received the funds on the first day, yet it has not been credited.
This endless delay is unacceptable. Wise keeps holding customers' money under the guise of "verification" but provides no real updates or solutions. To make matters worse, I cannot even close my account because of these pending transactions. I just want my latest transfer resolved so I can stop using Wise entirely. Please fix this immediately.
