Wise Locked My Personal and Business Accounts—Funds Inaccessible and No Clear Answers

I've been a customer of Wise for about 5 years, and until now, I hadn't had any complaints. But tonight, I experienced a major issue that feels like a slap in the face. I have both personal and business accounts on Wise. I received a notification asking me to update my business address, or else I wouldn't be able to use my business account. I updated my legal business address, and about 5 minutes later, the app displayed a message saying, "Your account has been restricted."

The problem isn't with my business account since I hadn't even started using it yet, but my personal account has a significant amount of funds, and I couldn't access it either. This nightmare started at midnight, and it's now 4:00 AM with no resolution. Since I couldn't access my account, I submitted an appeal through the 'appeal' option on the screen, and 10 minutes later, I was informed that my account would be closed. They asked for my bank details to refund the balance from my business account. I provided the requested information, and 5 minutes later, I received another email saying they tried to transfer the funds but failed, asking me to provide a different account.

At this point, I started thinking that Wise is simply stalling and wasting my time. I repeatedly asked via email why no action was taken regarding my personal account, which is my primary concern, but I received no response. It seems like Wise might be going under and holding onto their customers' funds. I urgently need access to my personal account or, at the very least, a clear explanation of what's happening. Wise, please resolve this matter immediately and return my funds.
