Barclays Bank Finance App Fails to Process $280 Refund

On October 20, 2025, a $280 refund related to an investment transaction I made through the Barclays Finance mobile app has still not been credited to my account. My customer number for this transaction is 7819584. Even though I contacted customer service regarding this issue, I have not received any response.

This is the first time I have experienced such a problem. I request that my grievance be resolved as soon as possible and that my $280 refund be deposited into my account immediately.
