My Funds Are Stuck in Wise for 5 Months with No Response

I have funds stuck in my Wise account, and for the past five months, I’ve received no response from their team. Despite repeatedly emailing them about the issue, I haven’t gotten any reply or assistance. I even tried reaching out from a different email, but they still ignored me.
This lack of communication and support is unacceptable. As a platform that handles financial transactions, Wise has a responsibility to address customer issues promptly and transparently.
I demand Wise resolves this matter immediately and releases my funds. Ignoring customers for months is not the way to maintain trust. I expect Wise to take action and provide a clear resolution without further delay.
