On October 14, 2025, I noticed a missing balance of approximately $9,400 in my fixed-term account at Barclays Finance. I discovered this discrepancy while checking my account through mobile banking. Even though I contacted customer service regarding this issue, no one followed up with me and no solution was provided. I also have a transaction receipt that documents this issue.

This is the first time I have experienced such a problem, and I want my financial hardship to be resolved. I request that the missing amount be refunded to my account.
