Wise Account Frozen Too Long - Business Funds Blocked Without Any Update

My Wise account has been frozen for an unreasonably long time. Two weeks ago, Wise informed me that the delay was caused by a technical issue, yet my account is still blocked and no progress has been made. I submitted all requested documents, and I even filed a formal complaint, but I have not received any response at all. In the meantime, all my funds are being held in the account, and I am unable to operate my business because Wise is not giving me access to my money. This situation violates Wise’s obligations under the FCA Consumer Duty, the Payment Services Regulations, and basic standards for fair and timely verification. I request an immediate escalation, a clear explanation, and restoration of access to my account. Please resolve this matter urgently.
