I Face Missing Refund After Canceled Transfer on Wise

On October 4, 2025, I made a 600 EUR transfer through Wise (Transaction ID: #1753533076) to a Bunq Bank account in the Netherlands. However, the recipient canceled the transfer, and despite that, my money has not been refunded.

I have contacted Wise customer service multiple times, but I keep receiving unclear and repetitive responses instead of a concrete solution. This was my first time using Wise, and experiencing such a problem right away has been extremely frustrating.

I request an immediate refund of the full 600 EUR that was sent without any deductions. I urgently need this money and expect Wise to resolve my issue promptly.
