I Cannot Get My Refund From Wise

On October 4, 2025, I made a money transfer of €600 via Wise. My transaction number is #1753533076. I sent the money to Bunq bank in the Netherlands. However, the recipient canceled the transfer, and my money has not been refunded. I have contacted Wise customer service numerous times, but I have not received a clear answer. I have been constantly given vague explanations. I have never used Wise before; this was my first experience, and encountering such a problem has been very frustrating. I demand that the €600 I sent be refunded to my account immediately, without any deductions. I urgently need the money and expect this inconvenience to be resolved as soon as possible.
