Wise Refund Still Not Received After Completion — What to Do

On October 14, 2025, I received an email from Wise stating that a refund of $7,064 would be transferred to my Yapı Kredi Bank account. However, despite the time that has passed, the refunded amount has still not been credited to my account.
I contacted Wise customer support, and they provided me with a reference code confirming that the transaction was completed. However, I have not received any further explanation or follow-up from either Wise or Yapı Kredi Bank.
I request that my refund be transferred to my account immediately and that the process be expedited. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will be forced to pursue legal action to recover the funds.
