Wingie Took My Payment But Never Issued My Flight Ticket
I booked a flight on Wingie from Tabuk to Lahore on 12/05/2026 at approximately 12:35 for travel scheduled on 13/05/2026.
During the booking process, a payment of 1158.30 SAR was successfully completed through Tabby, and the amount was deducted from my account without any issue. However, despite the successful payment, I never received a flight ticket, booking confirmation, or any valid travel document from Wingie.
Because my flight is scheduled for tomorrow, this situation has caused me serious stress and uncertainty regarding my travel plans. At the moment, I do not know whether my booking actually exists or whether I will be able to travel as planned.
I find it extremely concerning that the payment was fully processed while no ticket or confirmation was issued afterward.
I kindly request that Wingie urgently investigate this issue and immediately issue my flight ticket for the booking without any further delay. If there is a technical problem preventing the ticket from being generated, I ask that it be resolved as quickly as possible so I can travel on the intended date without additional complications.
