Complaint Against Wingie For My Date Change
I purchased a Riyadh–Islamabad flight ticket for 9 March 2026 with Gulf Air through Wingie.com, under the booking reference MSYXNV, for a total amount of 5,154.07 Saudi Riyals. Due to the closure of Bahrain Airport because of war-related reasons, I needed to change the travel date and contacted Wingie.com several times for support. I have been calling Wingie.com customer service on a daily basis to request a date change. Each time, they told me that they would send an email to Gulf Air and that I had to wait for a response. However, when I contacted Gulf Air directly, they clearly informed me that I could change the date without any additional charges, but that the change had to be done through Wingie.com, as the ticket was issued by them. Despite this, Wingie.com has not supported me or completed the date change process. I request that Wingie.com immediately process my date change for the Riyadh–Islamabad flight on 9 March 2026, in line with Gulf Air’s confirmation that this can be done without any extra charges. I expect my issue to be resolved urgently and that my new travel date be arranged without additional cost or delay.
