Whiteout Survival Chat Muted Without Reason And Support Failed To Help

I am an active player of Whiteout Survival on iPad, downloaded via the App Store, and I am writing because my account has been muted in the game chats for no valid reason. I have been playing since December and on one evening at around 22:30 I suddenly lost the ability to speak in any of the chats. This is not an audio issue: I simply cannot write or send any message in the chats anymore, as if my account has been permanently muted without cause. I did not violate any rules or behave inappropriately before this sanction was applied. I have already contacted the in‑game support, but nothing has been done and I have not received a clear explanation or solution. As a regular player, this situation is unfair and it strongly affects my gaming experience and communication with my alliance and other players. I request that you urgently lift this mute on my account, or at least investigate my account in detail and provide a clear explanation of the reason for this sanction if you believe it is justified.
