I Got Muted in Whiteout Survival Without Reason and Support Won’t Respond

I'm extremely disappointed with Whiteout Survival and how the moderation and support system works. I was suddenly muted in the game without any explanation, receiving a “you’ve been muted” error. Sure, if I violated a rule in global chat, I’d understand a penalty there. But what makes no sense is that I’m also muted in alliance chat and private messages. Why block me from communicating with my own team or friends?
I’ve reached out to support multiple times, but they haven’t given me a single response. Not even a generic message explaining what I supposedly did wrong. This kind of unjustified restriction and lack of transparency is not how you treat loyal players.
I wasn’t using cheats. I wasn’t being toxic. Yet I’m treated like a rule-breaker without even being told what the rule was. If players are going to get banned or muted, there needs to be communication and accountability.
I’ve already deleted the game out of frustration, but this needs to be said. If you're going to penalize players, explain why—don’t just silence us and ignore support requests. That’s not how a responsible game company operates.
