Whiteout Survival Muted Me Instead of Abusive Players—I Want This Ban Reversed

I've been playing Whiteout Survival for 124 days, and lately, the global chat has been flooded with offensive language, insults, and constant harassment. I did what any responsible player would do—I took screenshots and reported the abusive messages to customer service.

But instead of silencing the toxic players, they muted me. Yes, I got punished for reporting the abuse. I was simply trying to make the game a better place for everyone, and now I'm the one being treated like a rule-breaker.

To make things worse, their customer support barely responds. When they do, it's usually a full day later—and their replies don’t even address the issue properly. There’s no accountability, no explanation, and no fairness in how this was handled.

I demand that my mute be lifted immediately and that the real offenders be dealt with. This game should protect its players, not punish the ones trying to help clean up the toxic environment. Whiteout Survival, do better—fix this now.
