Whirlpool Refrigerator Repair Failed—Paid ₺8500 for No Resolution

I own a Whirlpool refrigerator, and the fan motor recently broke down. I paid ₺8500 for the repair, expecting quality service. The technicians replaced the motor and assured me it would start cooling within 9 hours. However, two days passed, and there was no cooling. My food spoiled as a result.
When I called the service again, they found the fan blade wasn’t spinning and manually restarted it, promising it would now work. Yet, after another two days, the refrigerator still doesn’t cool, and this time, no one came when I requested service.
To make matters worse, I discovered online that the fan motor costs only ₺990. I feel cheated, having paid an exorbitant amount for a repair that failed. Whirlpool must address this immediately and either fix the refrigerator properly or issue a refund. This is unacceptable!
