Haier Refrigerator Broke Down After 6 Months & Customer Service Is MIA

I purchased a Haier refrigerator about six months ago and unfortunately, it has already malfunctioned. I've made three calls to customer service and they finally sent a technician over. The technician mentioned that the motor was damaged and that he would arrange for a replacement. It's been nine days and I haven't received any communication from Haier. My food has gone bad and I'm getting really annoyed. After doing some online research, it appears that Haier products have gained a reputation for their subpar materials and frequent breakdowns. I really should have done my homework before purchasing this refrigerator. I will never purchase another Haier product ever again. I'm definitely gonna make sure all my friends know to steer clear of this brand.
