Whirlpool Built-In Fridge Repair Cost ₺15K, Issue Unresolved, Poor Service

We experienced a significant issue with our Whirlpool built-in fridge. While the deep freeze section was cooling properly, the upper section stopped cooling. The service team claimed the motor needed replacement and charged us ₺15,000 for the repair. However, since the deep freeze was functioning, it was clear the motor wasn't the issue. During the repair, our floors were also scratched, adding to the damage.

Despite the repair, the problem persisted the next day. Over the following 10 days, the service team failed to respond to our calls or follow up. We are left with a fridge that still doesn’t work, damaged flooring, and a considerable financial loss. I demand a resolution, including a full refund and proper repairs. This level of service is unacceptable.
