Recurring WhatsApp Ban Triggers Fears of Unauthorized Account Compromise

I have been experiencing security and access issues on my WhatsApp account for the past two days. My account was closed twice after receiving a warning on the app stating "This account is no longer allowed to use WhatsApp." After submitting a review request, it was reopened the next day, but the same issue recurred shortly thereafter.

I suspect that my WhatsApp account, linked to my Vodafone number ending in 545 *** 64, may be in use without my knowledge or consent. I accept no responsibility for any messages that may have been sent to strangers using my number or for any complaints filed regarding this number.

I am concerned that there may be a security vulnerability in both my WhatsApp account and my phone number. I request a detailed security audit of my WhatsApp account and phone number, an investigation into whether unauthorized actions or messages were sent by third parties through my line, and a permanent resolution to prevent this issue from happening again.
