WhatsApp Support Ignored My Appeal for More Than 48 Hours
Around 1:00 AM on 05/11/2026, my WhatsApp account suddenly stopped working for no reason, and I started receiving a warning saying, “This number cannot use WhatsApp.” I have never used profanity, abusive language, inappropriate content, or shared anything that would violate WhatsApp’s rules or policies. Despite this, my access to WhatsApp through my phone number (0545***8089) was completely blocked.
In order to resolve the situation, I contacted WhatsApp support through the in-app support system. However, even after more than 48 hours, I have not received any response, explanation, or update regarding my account. I actively rely on WhatsApp for both personal and urgent business matters, and I am currently experiencing serious inconvenience because of this restriction.
In addition, documents related to an ongoing court case are stored inside my WhatsApp account, and my court date is approaching. Because of this, regaining access to my account is extremely important and urgent for me.
I believe my account was unfairly disabled. I request a clear explanation regarding why my account was closed, that my phone number be reactivated so I can use WhatsApp again, and that this process be resolved as quickly as possible.
