WhatsApp Account Suspended After Hacker Changes Profile Picture and Triggers Ban

My WhatsApp account, which I have been using on my phone, has been unfairly closed multiple times over the past two days, and I believe it has been compromised by third parties. I received a warning on my screen stating "This account is not allowed to use WhatsApp," after which I submitted a request through the support section, and it currently shows "Review requested."

Even though two-step verification is enabled on my account, I suspect that others are accessing it. While my account was banned and I was completely unable to log in, I noticed that someone logged into my account and made themselves an admin in a WhatsApp group I belong to. Today, my profile picture also changed without my intervention; although my own photo appears on my end, other people see a photo of an Asian woman.

Additionally, when I try to log back in, the verification code does not reach my phone, so I cannot reactivate my account. This situation severely risks both my security and my personal data.

I demand that WhatsApp reopen my account as soon as possible, conduct a detailed security investigation, and take necessary measures to completely block unauthorized access by third parties. Furthermore, I request that verification codes reach me seamlessly again and that I be provided with a clear explanation regarding this security issue.
