My WeTransfer File Shows “Transfer Not Available” Despite Active Validity
At the time I uploaded my file, I was using the WeTransfer Ultimate subscription plan. I uploaded the file on May 5, 2025, and it was supposed to remain accessible until May 6, 2026. However, despite the expiration date not having passed yet, I can no longer access the file.
Whenever I try to open the transfer link, I receive a “Transfer not available” warning. I also tested the link using different browsers and devices, but the issue continues exactly the same way.
This problem has been ongoing for months, and even though I contacted WeTransfer customer support multiple times during this period, no actual solution has been provided. The issue only affects this specific file. The related transfer link is:
