Is it possible to restore a file link in WeTransfer after it has expired?

In the free version of WeTransfer, links are active for 7 days, after which the file is deleted from the servers and cannot be restored.

In the WeTransfer Pro version, you can set the storage period yourself (from 1 week to 1 year) and even extend it before it expires.

However, if the link has already expired and the file has been deleted, it cannot be recovered — you will need to upload and send it again.

To avoid losing files, it is recommended to download them immediately after receiving them when using the free version, or use Pro for longer storage.
