I Could Not Reach WeTransfer Support About Unauthorized Charges

I noticed that money was withdrawn from my card by WeTransfer even though I never created any subscription or gave any approval for a membership. Starting on January 13, two separate charges were made from my Ziraat Bank card, totaling approximately $46.
I was unable to directly report the issue to WeTransfer because I could not find any clear or reliable customer support channel where I could contact the company. I believe these transactions, which were made entirely without my knowledge or consent, are unauthorized and unfair.
I request a full refund of all charges withdrawn from my card without my permission. I also demand that any subscription or membership that appears to have been opened in my name be canceled immediately and that all of my card information be completely removed from WeTransfer’s systems in order to prevent any future unauthorized transactions.
