Western Union Unauthorized Fund Transfer Leads to Stolen Money

I tried to transfer money from my Yapı Kredi account as I always do. However, the page logged me out and said the information was incorrect. I exited the app without completing the transfer. Later, when the recipient checked the transfer in the Western Union app, it showed a message saying "Congratulations, your money has been collected by the recipient."
I went to the bank in the morning, and they said no money had been deducted from my account. I called Western Union, and they confirmed the money had been withdrawn. But I did not withdraw the money myself; it was automatically deducted after I checked the system in the app.
Please investigate this matter. A complaint file has been opened, and they say the result will be available in 20 days. Is it really this easy for money to be taken from an account without our knowledge? Something suspicious seems to be going on.
