Unable to Resolve Blocked Western Union Transfer via Yapı Kredi

I sent money to a friend in Albania via Western Union using Yapı Kredi’s internet banking. However, my friend was unable to collect the funds because they had already received three Western Union transfers this month. As a result, I canceled the transaction through internet banking, but for the past four days, the funds remain blocked, and the status is marked as "uncertain."

I contacted the bank, but they redirected me to Western Union. Unfortunately, I cannot reach Western Union. When I call their listed phone numbers, the calls are automatically redirected to their website, which provides no helpful information. This endless loop between the website and phone service has left me unable to resolve the issue.

I urgently request support to release my funds and resolve this matter. Both Yapı Kredi and Western Union should provide a clear and efficient solution to such problems.
