Western Union Funds Disappeared After Failed Withdrawal

I sent 5,000 Danish Kroner (approximately ₺22,000) through the Western Union from Denmark. Upon attempting to withdraw the funds in Turkey, the recipient encountered an error message. I returned to the branch to inquire, and they informed me that there was a system glitch. Later, they insisted that the money had been taken out of the bank, despite no evidence of a withdrawal. I've been instructed to wait for 20 days, but when I inquired about the source of the withdrawn funds, they refused to give me a response. I'm in dire need of assistance!
