I'm dealing with a confusing issue involving Western Union and Albaraka Türk Bank. When I tried to withdraw the money I received from Western Union, I ran into a problem at Albaraka Türk Bank. They told me that their system was unavailable. Upon a second try, I was informed that the funds had been taken out. Nevertheless, I did not make any withdrawal. After reaching out to customer service, they verified the withdrawal but mentioned that the bank couldn't complete the transaction. Despite the funds being missing, customer service has taken action and provided me with a timeframe of 20 days for resolving the issue.
