Western Union Transfer Delayed for Days Despite Promised 15-Minute Delivery
I made a money transfer through Western Union at a local branch, and I was assured that the funds would be delivered to the recipient's account within 15 minutes. However, three days later, the money is still stuck in Turkey and has not reached the destination.
Despite completing the process correctly at the branch, I’m being directed to call various numbers and provide additional email details, which is frustrating and unnecessary. Once the money is sent from the branch, the responsibility lies with Western Union to ensure prompt delivery.
This delay has caused significant inconvenience, and I demand immediate action to resolve this issue. Please ensure the money is transferred without further complications. This level of service is unacceptable.
