Western Union Customer Support Unhelpful

It's nearly impossible to communicate in Turkish with the customer service agents at Western Union. They may have learned Turkish, but they don't understand it. This issue needs to be resolved urgently. Using Turkish names doesn't help—they have very poor comprehension and act arbitrarily. I've called three times today, but the problem persists. Here's the issue: After opening the Western Union app and logging in with my email, I should receive a security SMS or email. However, they never arrive, and I can't seem to make them understand this.
