Western Union Agent Sent Less Money Than Paid—Overcharged and Underpaid

I sent money through Western Union at the business in the attached photo, but they sent less than the correct amount to the recipient while charging me extra for the transaction.
I noticed the issue and canceled the transaction, then went to a different Western Union location, where I was able to send only $150. However, the original transfer should have been $194, including fees. The first agent only sent $150, despite me paying a total of ₺7,000, which included all fees. When I confronted the business owner, they refused to refund my ₺7,000.
This is completely unacceptable! Western Union must take action against this agent and ensure that customers are not being overcharged or shorted on their transfers. I demand a full refund of my missing funds and an official explanation!
